The K4 Blaze Orange Lid adds visibility to any K4 Pack, while offering 648 cubic inches of internal storage capacity, and organization via two zippered pockets. For an additional organization option, a K4 Stash Pocket can be mounted in the K4 Lid's main compartment. The lid also functions as a compression panel when securing items (such as a skull and antlers) between a K4 bag and the K4 lid.

NOTE — If you would like a Blaze Orange Lid instead of the color-matching lid that comes standard with the K4 3600, 5000, or 7200 Pack Systems, you can separately add the K4 Frame, K4 bag of your choice, and the K4 Blaze Lid to your cart to create a "pack system" with the K4 Blaze Lid.

True Blaze Orange

Solid accessory for the K4. I will start with the positives, plenty of space in the main pouch area in the lid (larger than the K3 version), and the color is a true blaze orange that helps with the requirements to have orange above the waist that is visible 360 degrees (the K3 version was more of a burnt orange). The negatives are the small pocket is hard to get into and the zipper seems to always catch on plastic baggies. My only other gripe about this lid is the fact that it cost more than the other lids, K3 did NOT have a price gouge for the blaze orange lid. Exo knows people were waiting on this and wanted to make an extra buck. Overall, solid product that I am happy with when rifle hunting or bird hunting with the pack.

Probably the best designed pack lid I’ve used

This lid sucks down nice and tight to the top of the frame with no flopping around, whether it’s full or empty due to the attachment design. The double pockets is a nice feature as well as the ability to attach a stash pocket inside the larger lid pocket. The fabric (skirt?) around the lid is also a nice feature for keeping stuff secure and dry if you choose to stash a jacket or mid layer under the lid for quick access.

great product

this was a great addition to my pack. i hate hunting on public lands with my pack on as very little orange is visible and you never know whos out there. this is high viz and is blaze orange is always visible when pack is on. much more efficient than having some orange fabric strapped to the back of the pack to fiddle with when getting in and out of the pack. thank you

Nice addition

Really glad the orange lid was an option! Used it for weeklong Backcountry rifle Hunt, covers my back well especially when pack is mostly empty. Like having the option of standard color or blaze orange.

K-4 BLAZE LID

I typically only wear an orange hat which is fine most seasons but for late season elk I found myself wearing hoods/earmuffs a lot that covered mm orange. I waited entirely too long to add this lid. If you are even thinking of buying it, just do it. This one lid keeps me from having to make sure I have a garment for every set of weather conditions
