K3 Stash Pockets are ideal for organizing and securing small items, such as your keys, license, knife, first aid kit, repair kit, and more. The K3 Pack Systems can accept multiple Stash Pockets — in the main bag*, in the hydration compartment, and in the lid. Translucent White 30d sil-nylon material offers excellent water resistance and allows some visibility for the pocket's contents. Quick-release buckle attachment allows you to easily secure or remove the stash pocket.

  • Weight: 0.7oz
  • Dimensions: 8 x 6.5 x 0.5
  • Compatibility: Only K3-generation packs

*The 3200, 4800, and 6400 bags have mounting points for 2 stash pockets in the main bag; the 1800 bag features only 1 mounting point in the main bag, which is in addition to the sewn-in stash pocket that the 1800 includes.

I keep my batterie pack and phone charging cable in this and it helps me find it easier when seting up camp. Not a bad item to have.

Almost perfect pouch

The stash pouch works great and holds everything I need them to and more. I run 3 of these in my 4800 to help organize my FAK, TP kit and kill kit. Makes life easy knowing where everything is when you need it.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel the zipper is a bit overkill for what these are and some weight could be saved there and potentially with the buckle. The other thing is it would be cool if there was 1 or 2 more sizes of these.

Stash Pockets Save Time

When I first purchased my K3 4800 a few weeks ago, I only ordered one stash pocket. After receiving the pack and using it, I ordered three more stash pockets. These things are great the way they snap into buckles located in the different parts of the pack. I just returned from a 10-day backcountry CO elk hunt and I wanted to write this review while the trip was fresh on my mind. As I wrote above, I have a total of four stash pockets. I used one for my water purification kit (Squeeze) and kept it attached to the buckle in my water bladder compartment; one for my electronics and kept it attached in the large lid pocket; one for my "possibles bag" which contained my first aid/meds, fire and fix-it supplies and kept it in the main compartment of the pack; and the last stash pocket held my toothbrush, toothpaste and long spoon and was attached to the other buckle in the main compartment. I pulled items from each of these multiple times each day. Because I knew exactly where each one would be, it saved me lots of time that I might normally spend looking in the bottom of my pack for the kit I needed. Bottom line is that the Exo pack and the accessories are designed and tested by folks that know what we need in a pack system. The Exo K3 4800 has 4 attachment points for stash pockets. Do yourself a favor and save some shipping costs by just biting the bullet and ordering four stash pockets when you order your pack. You will not be disappointed.
