Add versatility to the K4 Frame, while increasing security and stability for heavy, large, or awkward loads.

The K4 Crib be used between the frame and bag of a K4 Pack System, or used to turn the K4 Frame into an ultralight load-hauler when you do not have a K4 Bag attached to the frame.

The K4 Crib adds extra security and support for heavy and awkward loads, such as boned-out meat. It is also a perfect accessory to use your K4 Frame for pre-season weighted training hikes, when securing a sandbag to the frame.

The laser-cut MOLLE offers attachment points for K4 Accessories, such as the K4 Hipbelt Pouch, and you can also attach a K4 Lid with the optional K4 Lid Straps.

Mostly got this to use frame as a load hauler only but works well with pack too for chinching down big loads and provides a layer between meat and bag making for less cleaning. Just used this to pack out an elk in one trip between three people and was glad I had an EXO and this crib. One recommendation I would have for changes to this or another option would be for it to have sides or another two panels to attach to sides because the meat wanted to flatten out and ends up sticking out the sides some. Not a huge deal and still five stars without a doubt. Super happy

Holds tight

Got to try it out last fall with half a deboned deer. The game bag stayed very tightly held to the pack frame. I’m satisfied for sure. Hoping to try it out on a bear soon.

Great way to train.

I struck out last year but given how well it carries training weight I have every confidence this will pack out elk quarters.

Crib Load Panel

Well worth the weight penalty in my opinion when deboning an animal in the field. Deboned meat has a tendency to "squish" out on the sides even when placed in a cylindrical meat bag. The crib panel helps mitigate this to a large degree.

This thing is a must for me! Absolutely love having this for when I need to pack additionally. When not using it I just keep it attached to my pack and it's perfectly out of the way.
