I've been hiking with my K3 for 3 years now and I love my K3, still love it. The k3 hip belt has been slipping and I found myself frequently tightening the hip belt more and more recently even after upgrading foam and extra shims. When the K4 Multicam came out, I decided to give the K4 a try. So far the K4 has been holding up. It feels like it is broken in already after a couple of weighted hikes. I still feel like I have to tighten the hip belt from time to time but with significantly less frequency compared to K3. The K3 is now my back up bag. I'm hoping the K4 will continue to be useful for future years of weighted hikes and backcountry hunts.
This pack is perfect. Was hoping EXO would offer up a multicam K4 eventually and just happen to snag one of these limited run. It’s well made (as always), functional, and absolutely beautiful with the Coyote molle and zippers. Taking it overseas to put it to use. Love these packs!
I had an original of this bag that was stollen, waited for a run of multicam and lucked out. Best backcountry bag I’ve ever owned.
