I have been using the K4 frame for about 2 years now. Used for a couple of week long hunts and hundreds of miles of training hikes. This is the most comfortable pack I have ever used and the frame looks and feels brand new after hard use.
I started with your pack with a K3 last year and then I switched to the K4 and a 5,000 pack
I am 67 and I hunted mnt goat in BC. So I was in a pack all the time. The framed fit my back and hips perfect. Going up the mountain. Loaded to the gills with hide,horns and and part of the meat.

Love this pack and the weight to carry weight capability. Nothing compares in today’s marketplace. I’ve been backpacking and backpack hunting for 40years now. Gear like this allows me to keep going in to the backcountry safely and efficiently.
Bought my K4 last February and tried it a few times in the Spring.
Broke my shoulder in the summer scouting for animals and had to get my shoulder replaced.
Wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to hunt elk or deer in the fall especially with a pack.
Well, the pack did not disappoint. Wore it all season and did not bother my shoulder at all even loaded for a five mile hike in for elk.
Excellent pack. Worth every penny. This is my fifth pack. Best one so far in my 45+ years of hunting Idaho.
I did tag out on a decent bull, but had horses so the pack did not get tested with any elk which did not disappoint me at all. Haha.
