In this episode, Mark and Steve discuss the food that they use to fuel their backcountry hunts. They discuss the key facts that you need to know about a food's weight and caloric density. For example, did you know that there's typically 4 calories per gram of carbohydrate and protein, but 9 calories per gram of fat?
