Quickly separate the bag from the frame and carry any load between the bag and frame. Compression straps built into the frame offer secure compression for quarters, boned-out meat, load cells, or similar items.

All K4 Bags feature roll-top access into the main bag. The roll-top also allows you to expand/contract the pack volume as more/less space is needed.
Efficient Zip Access
In addition to the roll-top access into the main bag, all K4 Packs feature front zip access. The K4 5000 has horseshoe-shaped zip access, while the K4 3600 & K4 7200 feature a full-length straight side zip.

Built with stretch material, both sides of every K4 bag feature top-entry side pockets that work great for tripods, trekking poles, water bottles, and the like. The pack's upper side compression strap keeps tall items secure.

Dual-compartment side pockets feature a quick-access compartment, keeping essential items easily accessible while you are wearing the pack. Perfect for your headlamp, gloves, phone, snacks, or other commonly used gear.

Laser-cut MOLLE panels on the hipbelt and shoulder harness offer secure mounting of K4 Accessories, as well as 3rd-party MOLLE-compatible accessories and holsters.
K4 Lid Included
Every K4 Pack System comes with the K4 Lid. The lid offers two storage compartments that add nearly 650ci to the pack's capacity. The lid also works great as a compression panel when packing out a skull and antlers at the end of a successful hunt.

All K4 Bags feature a dedicated water bladder compartment. The waterproof lining and bottom drain grommet keep your gear dry if your bladder leaks. The area also works great to keep wet items (such as a tent fly) separate from the dry gear inside the main bag.

Integrated compression straps on the face of the pack work great to secure your bow to the bag. For rifles, we have a Quick-Release Rifle Carrier accessory, or you can also strap your rifle directly to the face or side of the pack.

All K4 Packs ship with a pair (1 male, 1 female) of accessory locking buckles, which are perfect to secure awkward loads. Use them on shed antlers, your weapon, or more. Additional locking buckles can be added, if needed.

After 60 days of using and abusing the K4 Prototype last fall, I can confidently say that it is the most comfortable, complete, and capable hunting pack that I have ever owned. It was clearly created for serious hunters, by serious hunters.

Full story in bullets. had a spinal fusion in January, first caribou hunting on the north slope of Alaska in August. Downed one with a bow 5 miles off the road. Packed the whole thing out across rough tundra in one trip minus the rack due to light fading. No problem with this pack, it performed amazing!! Can’t stress enough how much I recommend this pack if you’re rucking heavy. Hunting partner had a different well known brand ruck and was dying saying he felt like his lungs were getting crushed from the weight trying to pull him over. He tried mine on and said it felt way better.

I came from a lot of different military packs like Tactical Tailor Malice, Granite Gear Chief, FILBE, ETC. But this pack is the most comfortable, well thought out pack I have ever owned or seen. I hope the lifetime garentee is true and warranty is good because Exo definitely gained a customer for life!

I just finished my 10-day coastal brown bear hunt in the Alaskan Range on the Alaskan peninsula. It was a pack hunt where we covered 20-25 miles and spiked.
My K4 7200 was able to carry everything I needed plus the bear hide.
Up and down mountains, across mud flats, in driving rain and winds in excess of 50 miles an hour, constantly crawling through alders, across boulder fields and snow-slides, this pack fit like a glove and allowed me to flex as needed.
This pack makes other brands look like something the kids would take on a school trip.
Its design and functionality made getting in and out of it a breeze. 15-18 hours a day this pack never failed. The rifle harness never failed.
After the first five days of the hunt I knew I had purchased the best hunting pack ever made.

Just got back this afternoon from the first trip out with my new K4. After tweaking a few adjustments, the pack felt sooooo much better than my previous “good” lands pack. We hiked in to the upper Kern river for some fishing with two nights of camping. With barley pops and all going in, the pack was over 70 pounds. I never would have attempted that with the old pack and can’t wait for hunting season to try it more!

I thought the K3 was the perfect pack... but the Exo guys have outdone themselves with the K4. Even more comfortable and functional. Plus, they have an awesome small company and make as much as possible in the USA.
